Questions
Is it free?
Yes. The core — blocks, the mountain, goals, your health score — is free. Premium unlocks autopilot recurring entries, the full forecast and "What if…" scenarios, shared groups, family mode, extra app icons and more.
Where is my data stored?
In your own iCloud. There's no account and no MountainBucks server holding your finances. It syncs automatically across your iPhone and iPad.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. You add what comes in and goes out (or set it to repeat) — by design, so nothing leaves your control and there's nothing to breach.
What does "balance as blocks" mean?
Each month's income is a block. Spending eats the oldest block first (FIFO), so you can see exactly which month's money you're living on and how much buffer remains.
Which devices does it support?
iPhone and iPad. Add anything offline; it syncs through your iCloud when you're back online.
